General Conditions Lessee (tenant)

Once a written agreement, for a rental property, has been reached a commission of one months rent plus 19% V.A.T. is due to Boodtenhuis Housing Services.

Note: The above mentioned condition does not apply if the rent of the property is over €4000,- (euro) a month. In that case the commission will be 80% of one month rent.

If the rental agreement is for less than 3 months our commission shall be 75% of one months rent plus    19 % V.A.T.  If this agreement is extended the balance shall be due.

Once an agreement has been reached on a specific property, you will be required to sign a rental agreement and handover the following required documents

• A current copy of your passport
• A copy of a recent pay slip or an employment contract or;
• A copy of your companies registration at the Chamber of Commerce if the leasing contract will be rented by this company.

The transferal of the keys for the relevant property will only take place after the rental agreement has been signed and the following payments have been made:

• First months rental payment
• Deposit (2 months rent)
• The commission fee of Boodtenhuis Housing Services.
