General Conditions Lessee (tenant)

If the property is rented out through Boodtenhuis our mediation fee is 4% of the total rent amount plus 19% V.A.T. The mediation fee will be charged over a maximum of a 12 month period and will be deducted from the first monthly payment.

The fee is charged for the following services:
locating a suitable tenant, negotiating the rental price, drawing up of the rental agreement and inspection rapport and delivery of the keys at the check-in.

If you do not want the hassle of managing your property (e.g. receiving rental payments on time, answering questions, arranging maintenance emergencies etc.) after it has been rented, you can opt for the optional maintenance package.

The fee for the maintenance package is charged on a monthly basis.  Calculated as 5.25% of the monthly rent. (Do not forget that 19% V.A.T. will be charged on top of this fee). We will insure that the collected rent is transferred in a timely manner to your account . Any other requested activities will be charged at a rate of € 50,00 per hour, excluding 19%V.A.T.
